Achasta.co is an information site about the Achasta community in Dahlonega, Georgia. This page explains exactly what the site collects, what it does not collect, and who else your browser talks to while you are here.
Who publishes this site
Achasta.co is published by Gold Peach Realty, a licensed Georgia real estate brokerage based in North Georgia. Questions about this policy go to info@goldpeachrealty.com or (770) 283-1223.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form. Two pages on this site carry a form — the contact page and the events page. When you submit one, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you entered. The submission is saved in this website’s database and emailed to the Gold Peach Realty team so someone can reply to you.
The IP address the submission came from. Our form software records it alongside the submission as a spam and abuse control.
Standard server logs. Like every website, our host records requests — IP address, time, page requested, browser user-agent — for security and troubleshooting.
What we do not collect
As of the date at the top of this page, this site runs no analytics platform, no advertising network and no tracking pixels. There is no Google Analytics tag, no Google Tag Manager container, no Meta or other social pixel, and no session-recording or heatmap script anywhere on this site. We do not build visitor profiles, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.
Cookies
Browsing this site does not set a cookie from us. Our page cache serves most pages as static files and does not need one. Google may set cookies through the two third-party services below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser and this site will keep working — only the forms depend on a third-party service.
Third parties your browser contacts
- Google reCAPTCHA — loaded only on the two pages that carry a form, to keep spam submissions out. Google receives your IP address and information about how you interact with the page, and its own privacy policy and terms govern that.
- Google Fonts — the typefaces on this site are requested from Google’s font servers, so your browser tells Google your IP address and which fonts it fetched.
- Gold Peach Realty and other sites we link to — once you follow a link away from Achasta.co, that site’s privacy policy applies, not this one.
How long we keep it
Form submissions stay in the site database and in our email until we no longer need them to answer you or to keep a record of the conversation. Server logs rotate on our host’s normal schedule.
Your choices
Email info@goldpeachrealty.com and we will tell you what we hold from a message you sent us, correct it, or delete it. To stop a third-party font or reCAPTCHA request, block those domains in your browser — the pages still read normally.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. This policy describes the site as it actually runs on that date, not as it might run later.
