Achasta. The amenities. Twelve in, one gatehouse.
A clubhouse you’d actually use. A river park. Pool, tennis, six pickleball courts. A firepit patio that doubles as the community living room.

The clubhouse is the gravitational center of the community — a working room, not a trophy. Dining most days of the week. A members’ bar with regular weekly programming. A pro shop with a Titleist wall and the staff who do custom fittings. Locker rooms with a lounge that people actually sit in. The patio doors open straight onto the firepit, and from there it is a short walk to the cart-staging area at the back nine.

The community
lives outdoors.
Two hard tennis courts and six branded pickleball courts on one pad, a swimming pool with lap lanes and a long deck, the firepit patio one short walk from the bag drop. The whole outdoor club sits inside a single line of hardwoods — not a parking lot in sight.
The firepit is the unofficial
living room.
Eight cedar Adirondacks around a stone gas firepit, on a stamped-concrete patio that doors out of the clubhouse bar. It is where the cart-path conversation continues. Where a Friday round becomes a Friday dinner. Where the kids run between the pool and the practice green while their parents stay put a little longer. The firepit fires up most evenings between October and April, and the patio doors stay propped open from May through September.
“It’s where the cart-path conversation becomes the dinner conversation.”
Jack Nicklaus
signature.
Eighteen holes laid by Jack Nicklaus across the river property — one of the few signature designs anywhere in the North Georgia mountains. The back nine crosses the Chestatee three times: a pedestrian footbridge, a cart-path bridge, and a carry over the river itself. For the full hole-by-hole walk, the practice areas, and tee-time information, take a deeper walk through the course at achastagolf.com.
